Where We Ship
Psychedelics Lab currently serves qualified researchers in two primary regions: the United States and Europe. We ship all orders domestically from within each region — meaning no customs clearance, no import duties, and no border delays. Every shipment uses tested and trusted shipping channels with a proven track record of successful, uninterrupted delivery.
If your research facility is located outside these regions, please contact our support team at [email protected] to discuss potential arrangements. We are actively expanding our coverage and may be able to accommodate your location on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Options & Costs
We offer both Standard and Express shipping options. Exact shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, selected shipping method, and order weight. You'll see the full cost before you confirm your order — no hidden charges, ever.
Free Shipping Threshold: All orders over $250 USD (or EUR equivalent) qualify for free standard shipping. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no promo code needed.
- Standard Shipping: Reliable delivery within the estimated timeframes listed above. This is our default and most popular option.
- Express Shipping: Faster delivery for time-sensitive research needs. Available at an additional cost calculated at checkout.
- Carrier Preferences: We only use trusted carriers with proven delivery records. If you have a specific carrier preference, you can note it during checkout and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
All shipping fees are clearly displayed before payment. You can review and adjust your shipping method at any point during checkout before finalizing your order.
Discreet Shipping & Packaging
We understand that discretion is essential for our research community. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no external branding, logos, or identifying information that would reveal the contents. The return address on the package is generic and does not reference Psychedelics Lab or the nature of the contents.

No Signature Required: As a standard policy, all orders are shipped without a signature requirement upon delivery. This ensures maximum convenience and discretion. If you prefer a signature-required delivery, please specify this in your order notes at checkout. Additionally, we encourage clients to provide secure drop-off instructions in the delivery notes for added security given the nature of the products.
Order Processing Time
Once your payment is confirmed by our team, orders are typically processed within 24 hours on business days. Processing includes order verification, quality check, secure packing, and handoff to our shipping carrier. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (local warehouse time) are typically processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.
- Payment must be confirmed before processing begins. Please verify receipt of payment with our team to avoid delays.
Delivery time estimates (1–3 days US / 2–4 days Europe) refer to transit time only and begin after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier. Total time from order to delivery = processing time + transit time.
Order Tracking
Every order includes full tracking at no additional cost. Once your order is processed and shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment in real time. You can also track your order at any time by visiting our Order Tracking page and entering your tracking number.
If you haven't received your tracking information within 48 hours of payment confirmation, please check your spam folder first. If you still can't locate it, contact our support team at [email protected] and we'll resend your tracking details immediately.
Important: Always use a working email address at checkout. All order confirmations, payment instructions, shipping updates, and tracking information are sent exclusively via email. We cannot send tracking details through any other channel.
Delivery Issues & Non-Arrival
We stand behind every shipment. If your order doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, here's what to do and how we handle it:
- Check your tracking: Use the tracking link in your confirmation email to see your shipment's latest status. Sometimes packages show as "out for delivery" or may be held at a local facility.
- Contact us: If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or if your order is past the estimated delivery window, reach out to [email protected] immediately.
- Our guarantee: If your order does not arrive for reasons attributable to us (carrier loss, shipping error, etc.), we offer a free re-shipment or a 100% refund. You choose which resolution works best for you.

Additional Shipping Information
- Minimum Order: Our minimum order amount is $100 USD (or EUR equivalent). This policy allows us to maintain our quality and service standards across all shipments.
- Multiple Items: Orders containing multiple products are shipped together in a single package whenever possible. If items require separate packaging for safety or logistical reasons, you'll be notified.
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately — we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
- Holiday Delays: While rare, carrier delays may occur during peak holiday seasons. We recommend placing orders with extra lead time during these periods.
- Currency: You can shop in either USD or EUR. Shipping fees are calculated in the currency you select at checkout.
